Priscila Coleff is a clinical counsellor and psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Certified Canadian Counsellor. She is a certified Focusing-Oriented Therapist, as well as being trained in various therapeutic modalities.
She is one of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, as well as the Alternative Representative on the Board of FACTBC.
She was born and raised in Mexico City from a diverse cultural background. She completed there her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology.
She came to Vancouver, Canada to do her Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. After finishing her degree, she moved to Dawson Creek to work with families and couples. She moved back to Vancouver and worked for Child and Youth Mental Health. She still resides in the Lower Mainland with her husband and her two children giving guidance and support to individuals and families.
Priscila’s travels and her own experiences, as well as her own cultural background, have given her a strong appreciation of culture, diversity and identity. As a result of her own challenges and her own healing work, Priscila feels that she has heightened empathy and compassion and is convinced that “everyone can heal themselves”. She is passionate about the work she does and believes in the power of therapy and of them oneself.
